Cancellation Policy

Since our services are instant digital access products, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed and access is granted.

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same product.
• Technical issues that prevent access to the content, which our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@actuarials.in within 7 days of purchase with your transaction details.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
