If you ever disagree with a change, you may stop using the product and close your account, but continuing to use Actuarials means you accept the latest version.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement in your region.
  • Please provide accurate information for your name, email, and phone number so we can verify your profile and share important exam updates.
  • Keep your password safe. If you believe someone accessed your account, let us know at support@actuarials.app.

3. Payments, renewals, and refunds

Paid features (such as premium mock exam packs or analytics) require successful payment through our third-party digital payment partners. They securely handle card, UPI, or wallet data; we only receive confirmation details needed to activate your subscription.

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout screen, purchases are non-refundable because digital content is delivered immediately. We love to help though—if something feels off, send us the receipt and we will investigate quickly.

4. Learning content & acceptable use

  • Practice sets, explanations, and analytics are licensed to you for personal study only.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to interfere with our servers, scoring rules, or security safeguards.
  • Respect exam integrity—no sharing of live exam questions, answer keys, or materials that violate your exam body’s policies.

5. Results, guidance, and liability

Our mock scores, insights, and coaching nudges are estimates intended to help you prepare. They do not guarantee success on official exams, which are run by independent exam bodies.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Actuarials is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or exam outcomes. If we are found liable, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
